Luke Rivera, a 12 year old Pinoy in New Jersey, starts a startup! It’s called Switcheroony.
What’s Switcheroony about? Luke explains it.
I got to chat with his dad, my colleague in the old days. The dad invested the money but Luke did the work. No joking.
Now, where’s the next Pinoy startup in the Philippines?

A twelve year old has a startup. And I’m 24 with.. nothing. Boy I’m depressed.

No need to be depressed! Look at it as inspiration!

As I commented in my No Pinoys in Google post, many of the people mentioned in Founders at Work started their startup after being employed for a while. So it’s never too late!

Ray Kroc started McDonald’s at age 52.

It’s not Ray Kroc who started McDonalds but the McDonalds brothers Dick & Mac.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dick_and_Mac_McDonald. But its Mr Kroc who saw the potential of making McDonalds a profitable empire.
Anyway, it should be an inspiration to all of us. Just think of it this way.. If a 12 year old kid has the ability to imagine something big like this then a 24 year old guy can also dream the say dream(and build it too).

Ay, mahirap magstartup sa Pilipinas; grown-ups nga ginag@go lang ng BIR kapag nagaapply for a business, 12 year old pa kaya?
